About the Event:

We are currently hiring Patient Experience Representatives across our Rockwood Clinic locations in Spokane and Spokane Valley. By attending this virtual hiring event, you will have the opportunity to chat directly with our clinic managers easily from your cell phone.

About the Position:

The Patient Experience Representative is a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience, and is responsible for primarily checking out patients, scheduling, and referrals within an ambulatory clinical setting. This is a clerical role that is the first line representative to patients presenting to the clinic. This position works as a team member of the clinic to help ensure the success of the clinic.

Position Requirements:

• One year of experience in the medical field. Two years preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred
