The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

SPA has an immediate need for a Data Management Program Manager to support the on-site SPA team at Hill AFB, UT. The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system.

Responsibilities

SPA is seeking an exceptional Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Sentinel Systems Directorate in the acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), which provides strategic deterrent capability to our Nation. The program manager will work with a highly skilled team while providing planning, scheduling and support to the government customer for major program integration & execution activities. Candidate will oversee different Data Management initiatives, monitor progress and ensure completion within deadlines. Candidate will provide Sentinel directorate support in the daily use of data systems and assist with data extraction and reports as needed. Candidate will operate in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures. Day to day activitives may include: Product lifecycle management, CM/DM and CDRL oversight, contract execution management, contractor incentives management, affordability and life cycle cost reduction, IPMDAR & control account reviews, PMRs, and government furnished property coordination, RFI and CRM resolution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    10 years of experience (or 8 with Master's degree).
  • Must have current SECRET security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses.
  • Understanding of data administration and management functions as well as configuration management.
  • Experience drafting, routing and interpreting Contracting Authority correspondence.
  • Experience using Team Center.
  • Experience working across multiple levels of network classifications and environments.
