The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system.

SPA has an immediate need for a Program Analyst.

Responsibilities

SPA is looking for an experienced and exceptional Program Analyst for an exciting opportunity supporting the Air Force's Sentinel ICBM Program. This Analyst will directly support Sentinel Air Force Senior Leaders at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, updating government systems, and reporting program status internally to program management. Duties may include the following:

    Substantial and frequent multi-tasking
  • Develop and coordinate reports, information papers, and organizational briefings
  • Coordinate and monitor action items, tracking suspenses, and responses
  • Prepare and maintain agendas, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and conference room schedules
  • Assist with development and implementation of program schedules and project plans
  • Use government travel systems to ensure travel is efficiently scheduled
  • Plan and execute organizational activities for both internal and external agencies
  • Determine customer requirements and translate these requirements into organizational plans
  • Analyze business and technical processes to develop and implement new policies
  • Develop process measurement metrics to identify indicators for future improvement
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years progressive Executive Assistant experience.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret security clearance.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), Adobe, and other common business applications, including managing calendars and schedules.
  • Highly positive attitude, "team player" mentality, results oriented, with strong initiative, acute attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent certificate + 10 years of related work experience, BA or BS degree + 7 years of related work experience, or MS + 4 years of related work experience.
  • ICBM Acquisitions experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Agile software tools: JIRA, Confluence.
  • Air Force nuclear topic education.
