The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the AFNWC in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system.

SPA has an immediate need for a Military Operations Analyst/Program Manager with a technical test and evaluation background to support the on-site SPA Sentinel team at Hill AFB, UT.

Responsibilities

The Sentinel Test Enterprise Division is a critical function of the program. Daily responsibilities include supporting the Sentinel Government and Integration Support Contract (ISC) team in the creation, review, and assessment of documents, briefings, and various other tasks in support of Sentinel weapon system testing activities and events. Position will oversee maturation of the Sentinel System Directorate's Mission Integration Facility (MIF) and the Directorates transition to the MIF. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office programs; ensure accuracy and completeness of content, recommending corrective actions and providing support to programmatic and technical briefings, reports and other related documentation; and be able to facilitate and execute internal and external meetings to support the program and represent Test Division in working groups with government customers and outside agencies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or equivalent experience in the applicable domain.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with test & evaluation background.
  • Must have current (within last 6 years) Secret security clearance or higher and be able to obtain Top Secret and SAP clearances within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Experience in coordinating, leading, and executing tasks and activities for large government defense acquisition programs.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations, and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with ICBM or other missile systems, including weapon system testing and development, sustainment, logistics, maintenance, or operations activities.
  • Familiarity with Agile Project Management and experience using Confluence and Jira.
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with customer and company personnel.
