Job Details

Manage the daily quality activities of the Quality System for the Distribution Site. QA functions including but not limited to: Daily Inventory review for product release, Product Cert generation, MRB and Quarantine functions. Non-Conforming Product (NCE) and Customer Complaint Review (PIR), The individual shall operate to meet the requirements of International and European Standards and regulations in compliance with company policy and procedures and the requirements of the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties

- Act as a key Quality Systems representative of the QS Department as required for the Distribution Site.

- Assume other responsibilities as required to support Distribution Warehouse departments, projects and / or production schedule.

- Manage Daily review of released inventory.

- Manage MRB and QUAR product as required.

- Perform functions associated with NCEs and PIRs - Product evaluation, Agile documentation.

- Generate Product Certs as required for Contract Manufacturing Product or Haemonetics related Product.

- Monitor Warehouse Temperature and Humidity Review.

- Support Quality Manager with KPI MRB contributors.

- Support Internal and External Audits as required.

- Works to achieve the overall objectives of the company and ensures the quality strategies are aligned for the areas of responsibility.

- Assume other responsibilities as required to support Distribution Warehouse departments, projects and / or production schedule

Performs Incoming Inspection when applicable. (Spare Parts, Contract Manufacturing COC)

- Review and approve DHR's.

- Perform device inspections according to procedure.

- Maintain and archive records.
