SUMMARY

The Website Channel Manager will be a critical player within our Marketing team, responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our website to ensure it serves as an effective lead capture and conversion tool. Your expertise in Webflow will enable us to create a dynamic, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized website that aligns with our inbound marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the website strategy, roadmap & execution, including conversion optimization, personalization, SEO, new web page and navigation launches, and analytics
  • Guide the development & execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across our website
  • Create & execute the strategy for webpage personalization across the various personas and segments of our ICP
  • Develop & execute marketing strategies to improve our organic rankings, web traffic, engagement, and organic lead quality
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen & Design teams to ensure high quality & measurable test implementation
  • Investigate data to understand user journeys & identify opportunities for improvement
  • Regularly report on test results, insights, and recommendations to optimize web performance & own the follow-through of those changes
  • Manage site structure and content to ensure the website is current with campaign initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects
  • Deep understanding of Webflow, including its nuances, limitations, and strengths, and the ability to push its boundaries
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles and CRO best practices
  • Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Regular and predictive attendance
