HX5 is seeking a Agile Software Development PM/Operational Test Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Hurlburt Field in support of the 605th Test and Evaluation Squadron.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the successful execution of agile software development projects while ensuring that the software meets the operational requirements and objectives of the organization.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Provide expertise and guidance in the planning, execution, and evaluation of operational tests, including defining test objectives, developing test plans and procedures, and coordinating test activities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and operational requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Communicate and collaborate among team members, promoting agile principles and practices throughout the development process.
• Integrate operational test activities into the agile development process, conducting early and frequent operational assessments to validate the software's functionality, usability, and performance.
• Analyze test results, identify issues and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Experience and Other Requirements:

• Desired Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading agile software development.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to date of hire.
• Must have the ability to obtain a US Top Secret/SCI SSBI within one (1) year of hire.
