Junior Driver School Recruiter

CR England, a 90-year leader in global transportation, is hiring a Jr. Driving School Recruiter to clear or deny all applicants by verifying all information provided on the students application and work with Safety Compliance to approve drivers for hire.

The primary duties are to process, clear and screen all applicants applying for a driving career with CR England. In order to accomplish this you must:

-Run MVR 20/20 criminal reports on all applicants

-Call references and verify all work histories on all applicants prior to arrival

-Investigate all gaps in employment

-Communicate with the applicant to obtain any missing information

-Work along side Safety and Compliance to get final hiring approval prior to assigned ready date

The right candidate will be highly motivated, be able to handle a fast paced high stress environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work with all personality types.

-Enjoy heavy phone work

-Must have excellent follow through skills

-Excellent computer skills are required
